▌ Won’t Draw: lewd (slight nsfw is fine), sexualised traditional clothes, heavy mecha, furrys. Please don’t ask me to copy another artist’s artstyle either. I have a preference for drawing male (or male presenting) characters, please keep this in mind as I chose my applications.▌ Commission Requests: To request a commission, clients must submit an application where they provide a detailed description of their project and provide any reference materials necessary. I (the artist) reserve the right to reject any commission request for any reason. I will send you a DM if your commission has been accepted or rejected within 3 business days.▌ Listed prices are estimates and are subject to increase depending on complexity of project and commission, please keep this in mind.▌ I will inform the client of their final quote based on their application. Client may chose to decline the final quote and withdraw their application.▌ Payment: To secure their spot once the application has been accepted by both parties, client must pay a 50% deposit. Client will receive a Paypal Invoice which they need to pay within 48h upon receipt. Once I am ready to start your commission, the client must pay the remaining 50% of the full payment. The commission will not start before full payment is received. In the event that the client is no longer able to make the full payment, I will charge a 20% cancellation fee of the deposit before refunding.▌ Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in the event that I am unable to complete the commission for any reason. No refunds will be issued once work has begun on the commission. The client has the right to cancel their commission before the commencement of it (I will refund the deposit), but I will charge a 20% cancellation fee (20% of the deposit, not full price).▌ Copyright: I retain the copyright to all commissioned work. The client may use the artwork for personal use only unless prior arrangements have been made with me. The client may not use the artwork for commercial purposes without my expressed written permission and additional payment. The client is strictly prohibited from using their commissioned artwork as NFTs or in AI softwares under any circumstances.▌ Commercial Use: To use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, the client must pay an additional fee. The fee will be discussed in the final quote. NFT or AI is still strictly prohibited and not allowed under any circumstances. I retain the right to use the commissioned artwork for self-promotion, such as displaying it in my portfolio or sharing it on social media.▌ Confidentiality: If the client wishes to keep the commissioned artwork confidential until they are ready to reveal it, they must inform the artist during their application.▌ Credit: The client must credit the artist in any public display or use of the artwork.
